Most recently, changes to Annex II of the Marpol regulations concerning the discharge of Noxious Liquid Substances (NLS) are shown. This new regulation 13.7.1.4 applies to NW Europe, including the North Sea, Norwegian Sea, Baltic Sea, Irish waters and Western European waters.
